Cross Country Is Open

RAA XC season will start with practice on Thursday, September 3, and end with the Grove City Invitational on October 3. Practices will be Mondays and Thursdays at Riverside Park track from 5:30-6:30pm with some additional/optional Saturday practices. A one mile time trial will be conducted at the beginning and end of the season to assess improvement.  Our home meet is currently scheduled for September 27.  Each runner will receive a tank top. Coaches will wear masks during instruction and will have waivers at the first practice for all participants and parents to sign. Runners are expected to social distance and will not attend practice/meets in the event they have a fever or exhibit any other Covid-related symptoms.
